ABOUT US

Clubhouse: Camp Davis

Camp Davis has been providing seasonal outdoor experiences for kids since 1963. On its sprawling 106-acre expanse in Charlestown, RI, Camp Davis offers a wide range of outdoor education and wilderness experiences for boys and girls, ages 6 to 13. Activities include swimming, sailing/kayaking/canoeing, hiking, fishing, along with arts-related explorations such as crafts and theatre. In addition, campers can mountain bike, participate in archery, and learn about teamwork on our low and high ropes course.

Camp Davis continues to offer wilderness experiences and outdoor education to children throughout the school year.

A fun-filled and safe environment, Camp Davis instills campers with the values of social interaction, fitness, leadership, and teamwork, while fostering a sense of respect for self, for others, and for the planet they live on. Children who attend Camp Davis will gain lifelong experiences in the natural world that are not available to them in the city.
